If you enjoyed the previous Mindful Leadership sessions, join us for a more in-depth exploration of the tools presented. Here's your chance to apply the principles and philosophy you learned. Chau will lead participants through both mental and physical exercises meant to increase one's awareness and heighten one's state of mind. You will learn how to be in touch with the present moment and become better equipped to manage stress. |
